We are seeking someone who is:

- Confident, personable and able to deliver excellent customer service from end to end.

- Skilled in developing new business opportunities and nurturing lasting client relationships.

- Knowledgeable about the local property market in and around Hythe.

- Capable of delivering professional market appraisals, conducting viewings, and guiding clients seamlessly through their property journey.

- Independent and Proactive, with excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills--both written and verbal.

- Detail-oriented and able to manage the administrative and sales responsibilities involved in the sales process.

- Able to adapt to changing requirements day to day and deal with challenging customers.

- Strong selling skills to maximise revenue and hit monthly, quarterly an yearly targets.

- Excellent punctuality and flexibility for appointments outside and during working hours.

- A high level of presentation at all times as a representative of the company

In possession of a full UK driving license.
