Your Responsibilities

Drive growth

in your designated Dunstable area -- expanding brand presence and market share

Plan and execute local marketing

and canvassing strategies

Value and list properties

, converting market appraisals into quality instructions

Build strong local relationships

with vendors, buyers, and community contacts to generate referrals

Oversee transactions

from instruction to completion -- supported by a nearby hub office for negotiations, progression, and administration

Deliver an exceptional client experience

that strengthens the company's reputation

About You

Minimum

4 years' experience

in Estate Agency Proven success in

valuing, listing, and winning instructions

Ambitious and self-motivated

with strong business acumen A natural

relationship builder

with excellent communication skills Confident working both

independently

and collaboratively

Full UK driving licence

and local area knowledge essential
