You will be responsible for facilitating the sales or lettings process from start to finish, ensuring a

experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities

Showcasing

available properties to potential buyers Building and maintaining strong

relationships

with all clients alike Managing leads and enquiries effectively to

maximise opportunities

Progressing

your sales from enquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth transaction Developing a

strong

understanding of the ever-changing local market

Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in Residential Sales or property is

essential

Strong

interpersonal and communication

skills

Excellent

organisation and time management

abilities

IT Literacy Full UK driving licence is essential
