45,000 per annum, OTE 55,000

Work Pattern:

5 days a week, Monday-Friday, 08:30-18:00

We are looking for a highly motivated

Team Leader

to support and guide a team of mortgage and protection advisors/lead generators. This is an established team that is already performing well, and with expansion on the horizon, we're seeking someone who shares our vision and wants to help take the department to the next level.

The Job

Lead and manage a team to achieve both personal and business goals
Provide coaching and support through regular observations
Help upskill individuals to deliver the right outcomes for customers
Carry out regular business review meetings with team members
Motivate the team to achieve strong results
Work closely with the line manager to maximise opportunities

The Person

Previous sales management experience (financial services preferred) Ability to motivate and inspire others Proven background in mortgage advice and sales Excellent rapport-building skills Exceptional communication skills Strong problem-solving ability; hardworking and focused Confident, resilient, professional, and organised Driven by success, results, and rewards CEMAP1 qualified (or CAS status) with proven advisory experience Natural relationship-builder
