We're expanding & Tenby is next.
One of the fastest-growing (and undeniably coolest) estate agencies in Wales is moving into the Tenby, and we're on the hunt for an established, ambitious estate agent to lead the charge.
Been working for one of the older names and always thought there must be a better way? there is. At Blackbear we haven't given up completely on the old school high street method we've just upgraded it for the modern age.
This isn't your average property gig. We're looking for someone with:
Proven experience in the Tenby property market
A solid local knowledge of the area and surrounding postcodes
Drive, hunger, and the ambition to grow something fresh
The ability to think (and work) way outside the box
Comfortable in front of the camera (our content is cool not cringe)
You'll be one of the faces of our Tenby launch, leading the local operation, shaping our presence in the area, and helping scale something exciting from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records. Organise property viewings and open houses, ensuring a seamless experience for potential buyers. Collaborate with colleagues to develop marketing strategies for listings. Provide expert advice on market trends and property values to clients. Working closely with our Pembrokeshire based HQ's to follow brand guidelines

Salary is negotiable depending on experience - basic 25kpa with 10% commission on each sale completed plus additional bonus incentives for valuations won etc. Uncapped earnings for the right people.
