Sales Valuer / Valuations Manager

to join a leading Independent Estate Agency with a strong presence across Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and Wiltshire. This role is based in our successful high street branch and is ideal for someone with a

proven track record in listing and valuing properties

Role Context



As the Sales Valuer / Valuations Manager, you'll be at the heart of the branch's success. Your role focuses on:

Building meaningful relationships with vendors Winning new instructions Providing accurate, confident market appraisals Delivering exceptional customer service Supporting the team and contributing to the office's overall success
This is a fast-paced, highly rewarding position for someone driven by results, motivated by people, and passionate about the property market.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with vendors Focus on generating new business and nurturing repeat opportunities Secure new property instructions through confident valuations Market properties using a range of sales and marketing techniques Produce high-quality property brochures with strong visuals and compelling copy Complete contracts and ensure smooth onboarding for each instruction Upsell relevant products and services to maximise revenue Actively canvass the local area through door knocking, leaflet dropping and community engagement Ensure all properties comply with health and safety standards Represent the brand in a professional and engaging manner at all times

Essential Skills & Experience



Full UK Driving Licence Proven track record as a Valuer, Lister, or Senior Negotiator seeking progression Strong customer service reputation Confidence in winning instructions and delivering persuasive valuations Excellent communication and telephone manner Ability to work independently and use initiative Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office competency essential) High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills Ability to support the Branch Manager and contribute to a positive team culture
