We're looking for a highly motivated
Estate Agent
with proven track record to join our expanding dynamic residential sales team inBenfleet
with an unrivalled commission package.Your role as an Aspire Estate Agent
The main purpose of the role is to generate valuations with a view to taking these properties on the market and obtaining new business. The job is highly rewarded through its straightforward and unrivalled commission structure.
The expected OTE for this position is 60,000 - 80,000 per year, with some of our staff earning above 80,000.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Estate Agent for Aspire Estate Agents
An experienced sales person with proven track record Ability to generate new business in a target driven environment Outstanding customer care / customer service experience Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems) A
Full UK driving licence
