We have an exciting opportunity for an

Estate Agent

to work alongside our existing highly motivated team, in our Trowbridge office.

Industry experience is desirable; however, this could be overlooked for the ideal candidate, with a successful sales background, a positive 'can-do' customer focused attitude and the drive and passion to achieve being some of the main factors.

Purpose of the Role

You will work closely with our clients to update them with interest in their property, provide marketing advice, arrange viewings, conduct viewings, provide viewing feedback, assist with sales negotiation and progress them through to completion, keeping all parties involved updated during this process.

Being a pro-active agency, it is important buyers are kept informed of new homes approaching the market for sale.

A degree of office administration is also required, so confident, accurate typing, excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail is a must.

In return

, you can expect a competitive salary with an

uncapped

commission structure and mileage allowance.

The job role is a FULL TIME, hours being;

8.45am - 6.00pm weekdays. 8.45am - 4.00pm Saturdays.

You will only work a total of 5 days a week, receiving a day off in lieu when working a Saturday.

Pay: From 25,500.00 per year
