In this role, you'll be responsible for

conducting property valuations, winning new instructions, and delivering exceptional customer service

Key Responsibilities

Carry out accurate property valuations and deliver detailed market appraisals. Win new instructions through exceptional customer service and professional advice. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and landlords. Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective marketing and successful sales. Keep up to date with local property market trends, pricing, and competitor activity. Achieve and exceed personal and branch targets through proactive business generation.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Sales Valuer

or

Senior Sales Negotiator

. Strong understanding of the

Guildford property market

or nearby areas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly motivated, target-driven, and confident in winning instructions. Full UK driving licence -

car allowance provided

.

What We Offer
