The Role
As a Property Lister, you will deliver the first and one of the most important stages in the sales process. Your key duties will include:
Winning new instructions:
Conduct thorough market appraisals, provide expert pricing advice to homeowners, and secure new listings for the sales team.
Client relationship management:
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, guiding them through the initial stages of the selling process.
Property presentation:
Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing homes effectively and confidently to potential buyers.
Offer handling:
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers with professionalism and integrity, always working to achieve the best possible outcome.
Market insight:
Advise clients on current local market conditions and pricing strategies to maximise interest and improve sales success.
Team collaboration:
Work closely with sales negotiators, administrative staff, and management to support smooth transactions.
Performance tracking:
Work towards individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates on progress.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking someone who:
Has experience in sales or customer-facing roles; estate agency experience is a strong advantage.
Communicates with confidence and demonstrates excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Has knowledge of the local property market or the drive to learn quickly.
Is organised, motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic, high-performing environment.
Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own car.
