OTE:

45,000-50,000+ (Uncapped Commission)

As Senior Client Manager, you will play a leading part in winning new instructions, delivering exceptional client experiences and driving the success of the Aldershot office.

Key Responsibilities

Generating new business, booking valuations and winning instructions. Providing accurate property valuations and bringing instructions to market. Building strong, long-term relationships with clients throughout the sales journey. Negotiating offers and effectively managing pipelines. Conducting viewings with prospective buyers and showcasing properties to their best advantage. Working collaboratively within a supportive team to achieve shared targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced property professional, ideally with five or more years in Estate Agency, who can confidently represent clients at a senior level. You will be:

Ambitious, enthusiastic and results-driven. A strong communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Professional, well-presented and able to remain calm under pressure. Skilled at building rapport with clients and committed to delivering exceptional service. In possession of a full UK driving licence.
