The Role:

As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing property sales transactions, providing clients with professional advice, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. Your role will be dynamic, involving listing, closing deals, and progressing sales. You will have the chance to build lasting relationships with clients and grow your network!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings and providing expert advice Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers to understand their needs and deliver results Negotiator offers, guiding clients through every step of the process Stay up-to-date with market trends and local area insights to provide expert guidance

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as an Estate Agent or in a similar sales-driven role is preferred A keen interest in property Strong negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach A proactive attitude A full UK Driving Licence and own car
