Weekend Property Viewing Guide (Estate Agent) - Saturdays

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Kettering.

As a Property Viewing Guide, you will play a vital role in supporting our busy office while also having the opportunity to conduct property viewings.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional, reliable support to the team every Saturday 9AM-5:00PM Conducting property viewings, leveraging your detailed knowledge of the local area Promote our Conveyancing and Financial Services partners. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity Accurately record information and pass to the full time staff immediately where necessary and via email handover at the end of the day.

Requirements:

Reliability is key, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent customer service and maintaining the office's reputation. Based locally, you will demonstrate a strong knowledge of the local area surrounding Kettering Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A valid UK driving license and your own vehicle is essential to be considered for the position. Previous estate agency experience preferred but not essential A keen interest in property and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
