The ideal candidate will possess a passion for property and a strong desire to assist clients in buying, selling, and potentially renting residential properties. They'll have an excellent customer service skill and a desire to give their property instructions there all.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the property marketing journey for start to finish, while ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Duties
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
Prepare and manage property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Utilise marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels, including social media and online platforms.
Negotiate offers on behalf of clients while ensuring their best interests are represented.
Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and relevant legislation affecting real estate transactions.
Maintain an organised database of client information, property listings, and transaction records.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Estate Agent is essential as this is a self-employed role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
A valid driving licence and vehicle is required.
Proficiency in administrative tasks related to property transactions is beneficial.
A strong understanding of local property markets and trends is desirable but can be developed on the job.
