The Role

As a Valuer/Lister covering the Wivenhoe area, you will be responsible for building visibility, driving market share and delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial valuation through to completion of sale. This is not a self-employed position; you will be fully supported by a nearby property hub which provides sales negotiation, sales progression and administrative assistance, allowing you to focus on business generation and client relationships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Growing and developing the company's presence within the Wivenhoe area. Planning and executing targeted local marketing and canvassing activities. Building long-term relationships with local homeowners, businesses and community contacts. Conducting market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions. Overseeing each instruction through to completion while utilising full support from the hub office. Acting as the face of the business, consistently delivering a high standard of customer service.
About You

This role will suit someone with at least 2-3 years of Estate Agency experience who is motivated, proactive and ready to take ownership of their local market. You will combine strong valuation skills with a passion for business development and community engagement.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

A track record in Estate Agency, ideally with valuation and listing experience. Confidence in generating business and building a personal brand locally. An entrepreneurial mindset with the motivation to be the top agent in your area. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisation and the ability to manage your own diary.
