About the Role



This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent with

4+ years' experience

to take ownership of a local area and build a thriving property business. Unlike typical sales roles, this position combines

strategic responsibility with hands-on execution

. You will be the driving force behind your area, building relationships, securing property instructions, and creating a strong presence in the local property market.

You will have the flexibility to

work from home as well as in the office

, giving you the autonomy to manage your schedule while still being supported by a

hub office team

. The hub office provides a strong foundation with sales negotiators, administration, and sales progression staff, allowing you to focus on winning new business and growing your portfolio.

What We Offer



Basic salary up to 27,500

(dependent on experience) On-target earnings of

50,000+ per year

Role Responsibilities



Build and develop the estate agency profile in your allocated area Plan and implement targeted marketing and canvassing campaigns Develop business contacts and referral networks within the local community Conduct market appraisals and valuations to secure property instructions Oversee instructions from acquisition to completion, working closely with hub office staff for negotiation, administration, and progression Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and local contacts Act as the local face of the brand, representing the company professionally and maintaining its reputation Monitor pipeline activity and report progress to senior management

Who We Are Looking For



Minimum

4 years' estate agency experience

in sales or property management Ambitious, results-driven, and self-motivated Strong business development and networking skills Confident conducting valuations and market appraisals Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a hub office team Desire to take responsibility for a local area and grow a personal pipeline Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service

Day-to-Day Context



Your role will be

strategic, commercial, and client-facing

Visiting potential vendors and conducting valuations Planning marketing campaigns and canvassing in your local area Nurturing existing relationships and generating referrals Monitoring and reporting pipeline performance Coordinating with hub office staff to ensure smooth completion of sales Balancing remote work and office-based activities to maximise efficiency
