Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our friendly and busy team in a new Estate Agent role. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients navigate the property market, whether they are buying, selling, or renting. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as an understanding of the local housing market. As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire property transaction process while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and preferences. Conduct market research to identify trends and provide clients with accurate property advice. Prepare and present property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Schedule and conduct viewings, open houses, and property inspections for potential buyers or tenants. Negotiate offers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. Maintain an organised database of properties, clients, and leads to ensure effective follow-up and communication. Develop marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels including social media and local advertising. Build strong relationships with clients, providing them with ongoing support throughout the buying or selling process. Proactively trying to grow the business by regular prospecting.

Experience

Previous administrative experience in an office enviroment is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and negotiating deals effectively. Excellent organisational skills are required to manage multiple viewings along with colleagues daily diaries, as well as property listings and client interactions efficiently.

No estate agency experience is required as full training will be provided.

You must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own car.

The starting salary will be 24,500 per annum with uncapped monthly bonuses on top.
