Dylan Davies has immediate openings for Associate Partner Agents in various areas of Pontyclun and surrounding areas How much can you earn? As a self-employed Associate Property Partner, you could earn up to 50% of the sale fee, so \xc2\xa350,000 per annum is not only achievable, but with an uncapped earning potential you could earn significantly more. There will also be commission payable on successful mortgage/solicitor referrals. Locations Dylan Davies covers the prime areas of Rhondda Cynon Taff and surrounding villages with locations including: Pontyclun, Llantrisant, Talbot Green, Miskin, Cowbridge and surrounding areas, so if you are an experienced expert in these locations come and talk to us in privacy about this great opportunity. What will you do? Associate Property Partners can focus on the four main income producing tasks which are, Prospecting, Listing Properties, Selling Properties and Negotiating offers which is what most exceptional Agents enjoy doing. What will we do? Our role is to take care of the general areas of business.
