Estate Housekeeping

Set against a backdrop of breath-taking scenery, the Langdale Hotels (Brimstone and Langdale) offers guests a choice of 68 immaculately presented hotel bedrooms for our guests to enjoy. Our Estate Housekeeping team are responsible for caring for these rooms along with the hotel's public areas, and they take pride in the work that they do. The high standards of our hotel rooms are a big reason why people return to our hotel time and time again, making this role crucially important to the happiness of our guests.


Our Estate Housekeeping Cleaners

The Estate Housekeeping Cleaner at Langdale plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest service by ensuring a clean and visually organized hotel experience. Responsible for performing cleaning duties in all guest rooms and public areas, the cleaner maintains a high standard of cleanliness to provide tidy and welcoming amenities to guests and residents. With a commitment to professionalism and friendliness, the cleaner consistently offers engaging service, adhering to housekeeping departmental standards. This role involves maintaining an inventory of necessary supplies, reporting maintenance items as per company procedures, and following departmental policies, safety, and sanitation protocols. In addition to ensuring the overall cleanliness of the hotel, the cleaner assists other departments as needed, contributing to the seamless and optimum service provided to guests. Flexibility is key, as the cleaner performs additional duties as needed, actively contributing to the overall guest experience and satisfaction at Langdale.
