Development Details:





This role will be based at a development located at Kidbrooke, South East London. The development consists of 1500 luxury residential homes and is located less than a 10-minute walk from Kidbrooke Station. Kidbrooke Village provides 86 acres of new parkland and open space and has been awarded the prestigious 'Sir David Attenborough Award' for Enhancing Biodiversity.


The primary function of the role is to ensure safe entry and exit from Pegler Square while maintaining cleanliness, order, and compliance with health and safety regulations. As part of a 9-person team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your designated area. Your responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of the exterior grounds, addressing issues upon request and reporting any defects as necessary


You will also be trained to efficiently manage deliveries and collections for the commercial units in the square, oversee pop-up stalls to ensure prompt unloading and car removal, and picking up litter when needed. You'll also play a role in crowd control, and help de-escalate any instances of antisocial behaviour.





Key Responsibilities and Requirements:



As an Estate Logistics Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will:


you'll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others. you'll help to ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development throughout your shifts by reporting any defect or health and safety concerns, helping to ensure the safety of everyone on the development. having a strong understanding of Health and Safety Processes. You have a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections, cleaning and maintenance (externally and internally). your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately being part of a strong unified working environment. you'll be a someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean and safe environment for residents, guests and your team
