Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am-4:50pm
Worker Type: Hybrid Worker
Salary: Salary Grade D - 26,824 (Level one) rising to 27,694 per annum (Level three)

About the Role
We are looking for Estate Management Assistants to join Nottingham City Council's Housing Services team. This is a career development opportunity designed to strengthen estate-based management and enhance services for our tenants and communities.
In this role, you will be out and about in our communities, supporting the delivery of tenancy and estate management functions, working closely with colleagues, partners, and other public services. Key responsibilities include completing health and safety inspections, identifying and responding to issues on our estates, and assisting with housing advice. You will also help maintain accurate tenant and leaseholder profiles, promote local involvement, and assist with initiatives that improve service performance.
This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to build positive relationships. About You
The ideal candidate will have: * Ability to work within a team and of proactively working towards joint targets.
  • Prepared to effectively organise and manage own workload to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Understanding of the importance of working to a high level of accuracy.
  • Able to demonstrate commitment to a good quality customer service/good work ethics e.g. timekeeping, reliability, professional manner.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels in both individual and group situations.
  • Confident in the use of all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
