Purpose of the Role






We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Estate Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of mixed-use properties in Central London. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and overall management of our properties, ensuring the highest levels of tenant satisfaction and property performance.




Key Responsibilities






Property Management:

Manage a portfolio properties, including office spaces, educational facilities, retail outlets, restaurants, and residential buildings. Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation, maintenance, and security of these properties.

Tenant Relations:

Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction with the property and services provided.

Lease Management:

Oversee lease agreements, rent collection, and lease renewals for commercial and residential tenants.

Vendor and Contractor Management:

Supervise external vendors and contractors for property maintenance, renovations, and repairs. Ensure cost-effective service delivery while upholding quality standards.

Financial Management:

Collaborate with the finance department to manage property budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance. Provide regular financial reports to senior management.

Compliance and Regulations:

Stay up-to-date with relevant property regulations and ensure all properties adhere to legal and safety standards.

Emergency Response:

Act as the first point of contact for any property-related emergencies and coordinate responses as needed.

Development Potential:

Explore and assess potential development opportunities within the portfolio, working closely with senior management to identify and execute future growth strategies.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience



Proven experience in estate or property management, preferably with mixed-use portfolios. Strong knowledge of property management principles, regulations, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for tenant and stakeholder relations. Financial acumen and experience in budget management. Ability to manage vendors and contractors effectively. Familiarity with property development and investment considerations is a plus. Relevant industry certifications or qualifications preferred

Working Hours - 9am to 17.30


Salary - 50K- 55K
