Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Bishop Burton College is looking for a confident, organised and motivated individual to join our Estates team as an Estates Administrator.
As the Estates Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all Estates and maintenance-related queries, managing a busy helpdesk and reception service. You'll play a key role in liaising with staff, students, contractors, and visitors, coordinating essential services that keep our campus running efficiently. From managing keys and logging maintenance requests to processing invoices and organising contractor documentation, every day will bring variety and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
You'll also support the wider Estates Department in planning and recording internal and external room bookings, logging utilities data, and tracking project progress. Attention to detail, excellent IT and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise are essential.
You'll need GCSEs in English and Maths and experience working in an administrative capacity, ideally in a facilities or estates setting. Above all, we're looking for someone who is customer-focused, proactive, and ready to be part of our collaborative culture.
