Estates and Facilities Administrator - 18 hours per week -
Actual Salary 12,372.50-13,075 per annum ( pro rate of 24,745-26,155 p.a ) depending on qualifications and experience - Location - Ware & Broxbourne campus - Holiday Entitlement - 25 Days per annum pro rata, Closing date: 16th June 2025 @ Midday.
We are recruiting an Estates & Facilities Administrator at Hertford Regional College (HRC). The role will be based across both Ware & Broxbourne campuses.

About The Role
Providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Estates Department across both the Ware and Broxbourne Campuses. You will be responsible for the administration within the area and be flexible to work at both campuses. Some of the main responsibilities will include general administration duties including emails, department agendas , compliance documentation and general support. Also using the college finance system to place orders , including credit card orders , recording goods received against delivery notes and arranging credit notes.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. They should have previous experience in a similar role and demonstrate the ability to manage and process information accurately and efficiently. A customer-focused approach is essential. Candidates should be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), with a minimum grade C/4 in English and Maths. Additionally, there should be a willingness to work towards gaining an IOSH Managing Safely certificate in the medium term.
