About The

role



The Asset Administrator will maintain accurate asset and compliance records, update the College's CAFM system, process contractor documentation, and provide administrative support to the Compliance Manager and Officers. The role ensures that the College's statutory compliance evidence is accurately maintained and readily available for audits, inspections and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:



Maintain and update the College's asset registers within the CAFM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.


Record and store statutory compliance certificates, inspection reports and other assurance evidence.


Track servicing and testing schedules, ensuring documentation is received and logged on time.


Monitor contractor submissions and follow up on missing or overdue records.


Generate routine compliance and asset reports for the Estates Compliance Manager and Officers.


Assist with internal and external audits, collating and preparing evidence as required.


Support the procurement and finance process, including raising purchase orders, logging invoices, and checking against service delivery.


Ensure all asset and compliance records are stored securely and in line with GDPR requirements.


Provide general administrative support to the Estates Compliance team, including minute-taking, document preparation and correspondence.


Contribute to the continuous improvement of asset and compliance data processes, helping to improve efficiency and accuracy.


Provide support to other departments regarding access to asset or compliance information.


Ensure compliance documentation supports a safe and secure learning environment for all students.

What we can offer you



As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between 25,826 - 28,534 per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
