Role Profile:




We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Real Estate professional to join our Global Occupier Services business, initially on a 6 month FTC. You will have the support from the existing Surveyor and Partner within the team to assist with data collection and data management for one of our major corporate clients.

Responsibilities:



To collect, analyse and report on a number of data points across both publicly and privately held databases Liaising with C&W's internal Accounts Team on the data changes required to make payment of rents and service charges Liaising with landlords and third parties on data collection Provide regular communication to internal and external clients on the progress of key tasks To provide reasoned advice and support to internal and external clients on property management data sets Support the Estates Lead with contractual reporting, working with service lines to ensure regular updates are provided Record minutes & actions during weekly and monthly face to face client meetings Providing support to the Estates, Data and Finance Team and all external client Teams including Asset Management, Data, Compliance, FM and Strategy Undertaking inspections of client properties to identify ongoing issues. To support the Portfolio Management Team with the delivery of day to day property management matters where required

Qualifications:



A minimum of 5 GCSE passes (Grade A-C), incl. Maths and English
Minimum 1 year commercial property experience desired RICS accredited degree preferred

Knowledge & Experience:



Minimum 1 year commercial property experience desired Experience of property management and knowledge of lease terms Good level of computer literacy including Copilot, Excel, Word, Outlook and ability to pick up new packages quickly Strong customer service skills and the ability to deal with clients and colleagues at all levels Good understanding of finance and accounting, specifically property related Ability to think on feet, use initiative and work as part of a team High level of organisation skills and ability to prioritise work
