The Estates Coordinator is central to ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of maintenance services across all our early years settings. This role focuses on coordinating, administering, and communicating maintenance tasks and priorities, working closely with internal teams, external contractors, and nursery managers. The goal is to maintain safe, well-functioning environments that support the wellbeing of both children and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
Prioritise tasks based on safety and operational needs
Manage records, reports, and compliance documentation
Support invoice approvals and statutory maintenance checks
Liaise with nursery managers, maintenance teams, and contractors
What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Experience in a similar estates, admin, or facilities role
Knowledge of health & safety and safeguarding (desirable)
