Job Description

As an Estates Facilities Manager - Inside IR35 your main responsibilities would be: Responsible for the management of facility, including security, maintenance, and other services. Ensuring that the needs of the organisation, employees, and/or visitors are met. Monitor and report on internal performance against safety, costs, programme and quality, identify deviations and implement remedial actions as appropriate. Managing the preparation, approval and issue of technical specifications and safety documentation through review to implementation. Regular liaison with customers and Industry Partners at user level and through to senior management level - attending and chairing liaison meetings. Carrying out quality audits of services provided e.g. catering, cleaning. Raising and progressing maintenance, repair and building project work orders. Completing computer-based returns and updating IT systems. Site visits to construction and repair locations to check progress and liaise with on-site teams.Qualifications;Any of the following would be ideal: Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)Experience in the use of the following IT Systems is ESSENTIAL: Microsoft Skills - ESSENTIAL SharePoint - ESSENTIAL Skype - ESSENTIAL Teams - ESSENTIAL Car Driving Licence - ESSENTIALDesirable: SC Clearance - Desirable Experience of Computer Aided Facilities Management system (CAFM) would be ideal - systems such as Tririga, MICAD, Planon"In applying for this role, you acknowledge the following; this role falls in scope of the Off Payroll Working in the Public Sector legislation.
