TreeHouse School educates up to 100 pupils aged 3-19 with autism and learning disabilities from across London and the Home Counties.



It's a non-maintained special school based in Muswell Hill and was the first school set up by Ambitious about Autism in 1997.



The school works hand in hand with parents and carers, local schools, community groups and employers to maximise opportunities for pupils to enjoy school, succeed in their learning and transition to a fulfilling and rewarding adult life.



We are seeking a dedicated and proactive

Estates Manager

to lead the management of our school site, buildings and grounds. This is a key role ensuring our environment is safe, secure, well-maintained and welcoming, providing a positive setting for learning and development.



You will lead and manage the Site Team, oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance and contractors, and take responsibility for health and safety compliance across the site. Working closely with the Head of Business and Operations and Headteacher, you will play a vital role in shaping and improving the school environment.


Key Responsibilities Include:




Leading, managing and developing the Site Team Overseeing maintenance, cleaning, contractors and site operations Ensuring high standards of safety, security and presentation across the school Managing health & safety compliance, inspections and reporting via SafetyCulture Acting as a key holder and supporting emergency procedures Coordinating site logistics including traffic management, room setups and daily operations
