Estates Manager

Hours:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary:

45,000 - 50,000 per annum

An experience Estates Manager is required to lead the operational management of our sites. You'll ensure our sites are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose - supporting patients, families, staff, and volunteers with excellence and care.


Working closely with the Head of Facilities & Operations, you'll deliver strategic plans, oversee compliance and risk, manage maintenance and capital projects, and embed sustainability across our estate. You'll lead a dedicated team and foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture.

What you'll bring:

Proven estates/facilities management experience across multiple sites. Strong compliance knowledge (fire safety, legionella, CDM etc) Track record in delivering capital projects. Excellent leadership, stakeholder, and communication skills. Commitment to sustainability and ESG integration.
