Job Description

Carry out planned preventative maintenance, installation, modification and repairs to Hospital plant equipment and property including external doors, fire doors, access doors, wooden, plastic and aluminum windows, flooring, suspended ceilings, walls, fire proofing, electrical and mechanical closers, various types of locks and locking mechanisms, interior and external signage, fencing and various fixing and fixtures, glass and glazing. Maintain decorations both internal and external of all Trust properties and cleanliness of fabric, plant and equipment. Manufacture, assemble and erect new work including shelving, notice boards, display systems, frames, screens, doors and frames, screens and partitions. Working with speed and accuracy, use of relevant power, hand tools and fixed machinery, use of fire tools and maintenance of same.
