Estates Team Leader
to join our Broadstairs College.
As
Estates Team Leader
, you will be responsible for the maintenance of buildings and grounds, along with undertaking and overseeing minor internal and external building works.

Opening and securing college building
Setting and monitoring fire and intruder alarm systems
Managing and supervising contractors and routine maintenance
Maintaining the cleanliness of the college and college grounds
Upholding strong Health and Safety standards
Stock control and ordering of supplies

About You
We are seeking to appoint anenthusiastic member to join our team. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to tasks and shift patterns. You will have strong organisational skills and be responsible for leading a team of 4 staff. You will also have the ability to advise apply Health and Safety regulations across the college.

Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
Strong organisational skills
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
(Experience in an educational environment is desirable, but not essential)
