Estate Team Member (must be able to drive)

JOB TITLE:

Estates Team Member - Driver

RESPONSIBLE T0

: Estates Manager

LOCATION:

Milton Keynes

TERMS:

Full time- 40 hours per week

RATE:

12.21 -12.36 per hour depending on experience

Key Areas of Responsibility

To drive transport for our care homes

Collecting and picking up from appointments and Trips

To complete daily check on company fleet

To provide general assistance in the repair and maintenance of PJ Care property as required.

To assist with maintenance when required

To maintain all furniture, carrying out repairs as required.

To maintain and regularly empty any waste compactor and prepare waste bins for collection.

To liaise with contractors on site.


The right candidate must have a drive license and be a driver

Skills and Experience

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Full DBS required.

Full UK Driving licence required.

To be aware of the requirements of all relevant legislation
