Job Title: Estates Trade Specialist - Plumber

Location: Coventry College

Contract Type: Full-time

Hours per Week: 37 per week

Salary: 31,103 to 33,003 per annum and Up to 5,000 Market Forces payment (dependent on qualifications and experience)

We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a key business support role. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall learner and staff experience.

Requirements

Must-Have:

Three year apprenticeship in Plumbing or mechanical engineering NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or BTEC, ONC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Recognised and registered CITB or EITB Good general education - GCSE of Maths & English at grade 4-9 (formerly C-A), or equivalent.

Nice-to-Have:

Worked in a similar role and have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience Experience of implementing Health and Safety policies/procedures and checks
