As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the appearance and well-being of our guests while providing outstanding customer service and support.

Responsibilities

Perform a range of aesthetic services especially waxing. Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations for skincare and beauty treatments. Manage your Fresha account, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Provide exemplary guest services, ensuring each client feels valued and welcomed. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and promote business growth. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work atmosphere and support overall salon operations. Utilise social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.

Experience

Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with hospitality practices to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Proficient in upselling techniques to maximise service offerings. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing individual responsibilities.
