D.V. McColl are looking to strengthen our commercial team with the addition of an estimating assistant, who will play a key role in continuing to grow our business, as we look to build on our secured pipeline of work with further contract wins.
Duties
Download and log tender documentation.
Organise relevant information.
Input bills of quantities using estimating software.
Collate all tender submission information.
Obtain quotations from our suppliers and log onto the system.
Manage tender deadlines and prioritise key clients.
Follow up on tender submissions with clients.
Collate feedback from our clients.
Assist surveyors with drawing registers.
Input surveyors take-offs and update tender bills to suit.
Assist with handing over tender documents to our operational team when entering a subcontract.
Carry out general administrative tasks.
Experience

Requirements
Excellent administrative skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Must be able to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines.
Ability to work with others.
Good attitude to work and work in a professional manner.
