estimator/tender specialist

who has experience within the

electrical, infrastructure, construction, energy

or similar industry who can bring transferrable skills to our High Voltage Engineering team, working with engineers and project teams to tender and successfully secure new business to support the future success of

Powersystems

, an independent connection provider (ICP).


Even if you are not currently a specialist within the high voltage electrical engineering sector, but bring experience of

estimating

large scale projects within a technical field and are interested in joining a secure, profitable

As an

Estimating Engineer

, youll:


Have experience managing the lifecycle of

large-scale

project enquiries across electrical infrastructure, construction industries or specifically in high-voltage electrical engineering for projects ranging from

1-30M

and growing You will have demonstrable experience producing and delivering high-quality technical and commercial bid documentation for client review Be commercially astute, working collaboratively with the broader business to produce detailed

technical

cost estimates and

tenders

to secure new project work
Ability to foster and develop strong client and supplier relationships, being the key point of contact between Powersystems and our clients to ensure continued successful delivery

What Were Looking For - Engineering

3+ Years

experience in

estimating

, or

engineering

, in the

renewable energy

, electrical transmission generation, or similar industry Proven experience in producing technical cost estimates and tenders Demonstrable ability to analyse complex technical documents and propose compliant solutions to meet the clients needs

Electrical Engineering Degree

or HND, or equivalent experience in a technical/commercial industry Full UK driving licence & Right to Work in the UK
