As an Estimator, you'll be a key part of the pre-construction team - helping to shape the company's future projects by preparing accurate, competitive tenders that set the standard for quality and value. You'll work closely with senior management, collaborate with trusted subcontractors, and play a hands-on role in securing and delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed tenders, estimates, and project budgets for upcoming builds. Review drawings and tender documents, ensuring full understanding of scope and requirements. Conduct manual and digital take-offs and produce Bills of Quantities. Source and assess quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Support the Pre-Construction Director with pricing strategy and bid preparation. Manage tender submissions and respond to post-tender clarifications. Maintain and develop a reliable supply chain database. Attend site visits as required and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.

What You'll Need:

Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction sector. Ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications. Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication and organisation. A proactive, professional approach and genuine attention to detail. Full UK driving licence.
