You will be responsible for ensuring proactive contract evaluation, tender processing in line with framework contracts, accurate reporting and ground investigation assessments are completed to minimise risk and liability so to reduce litigation, is completed within the relevant deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Identifying contractual risk at Tender stage
Attending Tender site walkovers
Writing claims and giving contractual advice to engineering department
Dealing with all aspects of small to mid-sized Tenders independently at the discretion of the Commercial Director
Attending Contractual meetings
Assisting the Regional Manager in compiling Framework Contracts
Daily teams meeting with the Estimating team and operations team as deemed appropriate
Person Specification
Quantity Surveying or Geoscience degree
Strong numerical, analytical and IT Skills
Accurate preparation and processing of contracts within the geotechnical engineering and drilling company
Relevant professional qualification
Full UK driving licence
