Estimator - Construction (Refurbishment & New Build)

Salary:

40,000 - 60,000 (depending on experience)

We're on the lookout for an experienced

Estimator

who knows their way around a tender and isn't afraid to get stuck in. You'll be pricing your own schemes, leading adjudications, and juggling multiple projects with confidence and a bit of personality.

What you'll be doing:

Taking ownership of your own projects from start to finish - take-offs, enquiries, pricing, adjudications - the lot. Working across

refurbishment and new build

projects valued between

200k and 3m+

. Getting involved in

education, residential, and industrial

sectors. Collaborating closely with the

operations and commercial

teams to drive net costs at tender stage. Building strong relationships with the supply chain and negotiating confidently. Pricing both

formal tenders

(where information is solid) and

budget estimates/cost plans

(where you'll need to fill in the gaps).

Someone confident, sociable, and proactive - personality matters here. A team player who's comfortable attending client and external meetings. An experienced estimator who can manage multiple schemes without losing focus.
