This is an estimating role for someone who understands scaffolding properly - not just numbers. Someone who knows why access matters, how logistics can swing a job, and why scaffolding pricing isn't guesswork... it's judgement.

You'll be joining an established scaffolding contractor that's grown fast over recent years and is still accelerating. They're winning more work than they can comfortably price, and they want a sharp estimator to help them stay selective, stay competitive, and keep standards high as the business scales.

This is a

scaffolding-led estimating role

, not generic construction:

Visiting sites to measure up, assess constraints and spot the "gotchas" early Building accurate estimates across labour, materials, transport and programme realities Producing clear, confident quotations and proposals clients can sign off Handling clarifications, negotiations and scope changes without drama Keeping strong records of estimates, communications and job details Supporting cost control as jobs move into delivery (so pricing stays honest) Working closely with ops so handovers are clean and projects run smoother
