Estimator - Partitions, Ceilings & Dry Lining

We're working with a well-established interiors and fit-out specialist who is looking to bring an experienced Estimator into their commercial/pre-construction team. Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and competitive tenders for partitions, ceilings and dry lining packages Review drawings, specifications and project information to produce detailed take-offs Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations Compile cost plans, bills of quantities and tender submissions Identify value engineering opportunities and assess project risks Work closely with the commercial and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover to site Maintain strong client and supply chain relationships

Requirements

Proven estimating experience within dry lining, partitions, ceilings or similar interior packages Strong understanding of materials, systems and installation processes Excellent numerical, analytical and IT skills (estimating software experience beneficial) Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to deadlines Clear and confident communication style Detail-driven, organised and commercially astute
