We're looking for an experienced and qualified

Estimator

to join our Pre-Construction and Operations team at our head office in

Runcorn

. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in preparing competitive tenders and supporting our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming project enquiries Liaise with clients and engineers during preconstruction Interpret drawings, specifications, and ground investigation data Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates Collaborate with operations team for project handovers Engage with clients and follow up on submitted quotations Source and procure materials Assess project costs and manage financials Office-based role with occasional site visits

What We're Looking For

Estimating experience in piling or ground engineering (desirable but not essential - If you are an experienced Estimator, aspects of Piling and Ground investigation can be learned) Degree in engineering, construction, geology or similar (desirable) Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Clear communicator with analytical thinking Professional approach and full UK driving licence
