Estimator - Scaffolding Contractor

BS Scaffolding are looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join our commercial team, based in Teesside, covering Teesside, County Durham, Tyne & Wear and North Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for scaffolding packages Dealing with tenders at a fast pace, assisting with tender adjudications and negotiate final terms Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the operational team to gather accurate pricing information Work closely with Directors and Contracts Managers to support project handover and delivery Managing the pre-construction process Reporting to the Managing Director Developing and maintaining business relationships

What We're Looking For:

Previous estimating experience is essential, experience as an Estimator within the

scaffolding industry

Strong understanding of pricing labour, materials, and plant Good commercial awareness and attention to detail Proficient with estimating software and Excel Clear communicator who can work under pressure and to deadlines You will have good time management skills
