50,000 - 60,000 DOE
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estimator to join a well-established contractor working on complex, high-value residential and commercial projects across London.
The Role
Preparing accurate cost estimates from drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors Supporting project managers with budgets, programmes, and cost control Providing value engineering input throughout project delivery Managing multiple tenders and deadlines with precision
About You
Proven experience as an Estimator within construction, interiors, or specialist trades Strong attention to detail and commercially astute Excellent communication and negotiation skills Comfortable liaising with clients, architects, and subcontractors Highly organised and deadline-driven
