We are seeking a talented and versatile Estimator / Project Manager / CAD Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in stone fabrication, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in CAD software. This role requires someone who can accurately estimate project costs, manage projects from inception to completion, and create detailed fabrication drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates based on client specifications, material costs and overheads.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.

- Develop and modify CAD drawings and shop drawings using [Specify CAD Software, e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or specific stone fabrication software].

- Collaborate with sales, design, fabrication, and installation teams to coordinate project phases.

- Communicate with clients to clarify project scope and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and client requirements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in stone fabrication or a related construction field.

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or others).

- Strong estimating skills and understanding of material/labor costs.

- Excellent project management abilities, including scheduling and budgeting.

- Good communication and client management skills.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
