We are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our enthusiastic and skilled team based in Broxburn

Within the role, you will be responsible for taking enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, tenders, and costings, working closely with Clients, Commercial and Operations teams to deliver competitive and profitable pricing while ensuring full compliance and safety standards are met. There is a requirement to review and administer contract documentation, processing of variations and claims during the contracted works phase, overseeing works to the invoicing stage and financial closure.

Experience:

Background in QS, estimating, or construction management

Experience with NEC and or JCT contracts is highly desirable.
Graduates with a minimum of 1 year of experience may be considered
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to react quickly to client needs.

Must live within 45 minutes of the Broxburn Depot

Monday to Friday, 7.30 am to 5.30 pm
Office-based position

Pay: From 30,000.00 per year
