Job Description
A contractor specialising in civils is seeking an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor role to join their team in West Sussex.

8 AM to 5 PMKey Responsibilities
Estimating:
Prepare cost estimates for projects ranging from 10K to 3 million.Quantity Surveying:
Perform QS duties as part of the dual role.Project Analysis:
Analyze project specifications and plans for accurate cost assessments.Client Communication:
Liaise with clients to clarify project requirements and provide updates.Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of estimates and project budgets.Qualifications
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in estimating within the construction industry.Skills:
Strong analytical and numerical skills.Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with estimating software and tools.Education:
Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field.What We Offer
