Our Europe Contract Manufacturing Operations (CMO) team is a dynamic team driving innovation and operational excellence across the region. As an industrial placement student, you will:
Gain Practical Experience: Develop real-world skills by managing supplier relationships, compliance programs, and sustainability initiatives.
Broaden Your Knowledge: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain management and manufacturing operations across a diverse region.
Make an Impact: Contribute to cutting-edge projects that drive innovation and shape the future of European manufacturing.
Hands-On Learning: Get involved in essential areas such as governance, risk management, and sustainability, applying your knowledge to practical scenarios.
You will work within a Regional Supplier Relationship team to:
Manage day-to-day operations, including supply management, procurement, quality control, technical support, project management, new product launches, innovation, sustainability (ESG), compliance, network changes, and strategic initiatives.
Be involved in driving programs such as:
Enhancing tech systems and processes that support CMO teams.
Overseeing governance processes like risk management and project review boards.
Leading CMO communications in collaboration with the CMO teams.

Education Requirements:
We welcome applicants from all degree disciplines; however, Bachelor of Science, Bachelors of Engineer, Master of Science, Master of Engineering degrees, as well as degrees in Biomedical Science, or Supply / Procurement are particularly advantageous for this placement.
If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree, you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university.
Please ensure the role is suitable for your placement year.
