In this high-impact role, reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the end-to-end Finance function inclusive of Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Treasury & Cash Management, Legal & Tax, and for the company as the primary finance partner the executive team reporting directly to CEO Europe. The person in this position will oversee, build and scale a small team with a focus on effective enterprise resource planning, forecasting, and analytical decision support for strategic and operational decisions, as well as being hands on with the day to day.

How you will achieve success

• Be the hands on partner to the CEO Europe and influence all levels and areas of the business, serving as a trusted thought leader and partner.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Define company-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), guide strategic planning, direct resource allocations and generate insightful reporting of key business drivers and trends, and establish and execute a strategic and operational planning process across the company.
• Hands On Accounting: Prepare Intercompany Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Management Accounts, drive maintenance and ownership of P&L across multiple legal entities, manage all inventory and non-inventory invoicing across UK & EU, bank and balance sheet reconciliations and analysis.
• Treasury & Cash Management: Develop and executive strategic, operational and tactical cash management to forecast and manage the cash, and manage the banking and financial institutions relationships.
• Tax & Legal: Manage and own all audit and tax requirements across UK & EU entities, drive preparation and submission of VAT returns, and drive legal contract management by managing external partners and being the point of contact with Spreetail\'s legal advisors.

What experiences will help you in this role

• 1-2 Years Experience working in a hands on start up & exposure
• Experience working in Audt top 15 consultancies

• 5-7+ years in business/finance/accounting field; 5+ years building FP&A teams preferred
• Attention to detail with hands-on approach,
• Hands on experience with Financial Planning & Analysis, and Accounting
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills with an ability to articulate complex financial views to business teams.
